Recognized for his leadership, accuracy, and client-first approach, he has earned multiple awards for both performance and collaboration.

Passionate about financial literacy and long-term planning, Benjamin also volunteers as Board Secretary for the Healing Kadi Foundation, advancing healthcare initiatives in South Sudan. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Wartburg College and has served in leadership roles with Kiwanis International and InterNations.
